Welcome to TaraCRM! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our SaaS platform, accessible at https://app.crm.taraai.ph/ ("Website"). By signing up, accessing, or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

-"TaraCRM" refers to our SaaS platform, including all tools, services, and content offered.

-"User" refers to any individual or entity using our services.

-"Subscription" refers to the paid plans available for accessing premium features.

-"Content" refers to any data, text, graphics, or media made available through our platform.

2. Use of Services

-Users must be at least 18 years old to use GHLPinas.

-You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

-You may not misuse, distribute, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of GHLPinas.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

TaraCRM offers the following subscription plans:

-1 Month Access

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

No refunds are issued unless required by applicable law.

4. Account Inactivity and Deletion

-If a user does not renewed their TaraCRM account within 1 month, their account will be terminated and deleted, including all associated data and information.

-TaraCRM is not responsible for any loss of access or data due to account inactivity.

5. User Content

-You retain ownership of any content you upload but grant TaraCRM a non-exclusive license to use it for providing services.

-You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content you provide.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

-Engaging in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities.

-Uploading malicious code, spam, or content that violates third-party rights.

-Attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to GHLPinas services.

7. Intellectual Property

TaraCRM owns all intellectual property rights related to the platform, except for user-generated content.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of TaraCRM without written permission.

8. Termination

TaraCRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

-Accounts inactive for 1 month will be deleted automatically.

-Users may cancel their subscription anytime, but no refunds will be issued.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

-TaraCRM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

-We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or data breaches resulting from the use of our platform.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of

TaraCRM after updates constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Philippines.
